Courage To Climb A great evening was had by all who attended the fundraiser “Courage To Climb”. Mr. Vern Harnish, author of “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits” shared his ideas and philosophies on increasing the value of your fast-growth firm. Thank you to Worksmart Inc. and AlignLink for hosting this evening and to our sponsors ARC Resources and The Kahanoff Foundation. Through the purchase of tickets and donations, we were able to raise $14,600. These funds will be instrumental in helping us to continue to strengthen family and community, one child at a time.
TransCanada Golf Tournament
Enviros is pleased to be the recipient of this years proceeds from TransCanada’s golf tournament held on June 19, 2006. All those who participated as well as the TransCanada Donor Matching program helped to raise $26,000. Thanks you to all of the volunteers who helped out with this event and those participants who helped to raise these funds.
Calgary Co-op Golf Tournament
Enviros was one of the recipients for the funds raised from this years’ Calgary Co-op Golf Tournament. Calgary Co-op generously donated $20,000 to the Enviros Frontiers Program. This program helps to support youth and families in using the wilderness as a part of their therapeutic and experiential learning.
Spartan Controls Golf Tournament This is our second year for being on of the programs that Spartan Controls’ Golf Tournament helps to support. This year we received $2,400 from the golfers who chose Enviros as their charity of choice.
