High Fidelity Wraparound Services is a strength-based, integrated approach to working with families and youth. The model emphasizes family/youth voices and choice and is based on the family/youth indentifying people who they would see as being helpers in their life. The model is based on 91 specific skills that each facilitator would be trained to and evaluated accordingly.

High Fidelity Wraparound outlines 10 guidling prinicples focusing on "people helping people" and reaffirming family/youth voice and decision-maiking:

Services to famlies will include the following four phases of High Fidelity Wraparound services:
Phase 1: Engagement and Team Preparation
Phase 2: Initial Plan Development
Phase 3: Implementation
Phase 4: Transition

The program works with families who are experiencing changllenges and involved with Children's Services.
The family is able to choose people who they feel will assist them in facing their challenges and support
them to move forward in solving issues they are facing. This is a new and innovative program in the
Calgary area.
