Serves non-complex youth, 15.5 years and older who have the potential for independence and also potential for success in areas such as education, employment and life long significant relationships/skills. The youth must have Children's Services status and present some or more of the following difficulties: family conflict, community/school conflict, pre-delinquent or deliquent behaviours, inappropriate social functioning, sexual, physical or emotional abuse, or minor substance abuse. Referred youth will be in need of a long–term placement with a case plan that includes community reintegration.
