Youth Transitions to Adulthood

Youth Transitions acts as a transitional, life skill development program for youth who have had long-term involvement with the Children and Youth Services system and for those with exceptional circumstances requiring intervention. This program helps youth make the most of the resources available within the community and themselves, and teaches them skills for successful transition into adulthood.


Enviros assists with transitions of non-complex and complex youth who have the potential for independence and success in areas such as education, employment and life-long significant relationships.

This program serves:

Males and females

Ages 15.5 to 22 years
