High Fidelity Wraparound services is a strength-based, integrated approach to working with families and youth. The model emphasizes family/youth voice and choice. It is based on the family and youth identifying people who they consider to be helpers in their lives. This team then supports the family and youth to meet their goals.

High Fidelity Wraparound outlines 10 guiding principles focusing on “people helping people,” and reaffirming family and youth decision-making. Each facilitator, coach or supervisor is trained to use a program with a specific skill set designed to promote the principles of Wraparound.
