Beyond Data: Outcomes for Positive Clinical Effect
The morning workshop will introduce participants to the Enviros Base Camp & Shunda Creek Evaluation projects, both longitudinal studies on clients accessing addictions treatment. Participants will leave the workshop with a deeper understanding of a range of outcome tools available to them, as well as lots of practical examples and strategies for integrating those tools into their clinical practice, program design and individual client case planning.
Progress Monitoring: The Art and Science of Effective Case Planning
The afternoon workshop builds on the discussion from the morning, focusing on how to effectively implement a “routine outcome monitoring”, “progress monitoring” or “feedback informed treatment” system to accelerate your clients treatment process, ensure that your treatment interventions are being effective and make the change process more visible for clients, staff and stakeholders. Participants will gain an understanding of utilization focused evaluation, and most importantly, how to apply those principles to their organization’s goals and objectives.
