Addiction Programs

Wilderness-based addictions treatment involves the integration of wilderness-based activities (e.g. back-country trips, canoeing, hiking, biking, rock climbing, etc.) into addictions therapy services. Traditional therapeutic techniques, such as one-on-one counselling and group work, are combined with intensive adventure-based activities that utilize the healing power of nature and an isolated environment on the journey to recovery.
