The Program – Enviros Facilities
Enviros has the following sites that require ongoing maintenance and repair:
 Four houses in the city of Calgary (Cedarbrae, North Glenmore Park, Montgomery, and Mount Pleasant) where
clients reside, with staff coming on/off shift to provide care and support.
 One office building (home in Huntington Hills).
 Main office – any work is coordinated with the Building Management Company.

The Position – Facility Maintenance Coordinator
Responsible for all aspects of facility repairs, maintenance, budgeting and planning. This position is hands on
maintenance work. The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator position, based out of the main office, will require travel
within the city of Calgary to all facilities. The use of a personal vehicle is an expectation of this position. The following is
also required of the position:
 Ensure compliance with Enviros policies and OH&S requirements
 Assist with the selection and qualification of preferred vendors (as needed)
 Build and maintain facilities maintenance records
 Schedule maintenance
 Carry out daily construction and maintenance work in a timely, efficient and safe manner
 Maintain, manage and track maintenance program for organization vehicles
 Develop preventative maintenance program

The success candidate will have Grade 12 or equivalent and relevant trade certification with 5 years facility maintenance
or construction experience. The candidate must have working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
You are required to have a Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s license, valid first aid and WHMS, a clear criminal record check
including vulnerable sector and an Alberta Intervention Record Check. Training in Alberta OH&S standards is an asset.
